Energy Experiment
Is there an area in your home/personal space that you'd like to declutter, reorganize, or just makes you feel kinda "off?" Is there an area of your life where you feel the same?
Choose an area of your home/workspace to focus on, and we’ll determine an overall goal for what you want to get out of this experiment.
We'll do a lil exercise to tune into your energy and the energy of your physical space.
Then do a little future visioning.
We’ll come up with an intention to ground the experiment in,
and then determine what you want to ultimately do for your experiment. These will be your action steps for after the call!
For added accountability, I'll check up on you via email to find out how the experiment went.
Your experiment will be a way for you to interact with your physical space while keeping in mind your intentions; a beautiful way to make a physical reminder of these mental intentions.
Do you need support in an area of your life? Is there a spot in your home that's whispering (or screaming) at you to give it some attention? Schedule your session below!
I'm honored to be a judgement-free, safe space for you to experiment and take a few steps closer to building a more conscious connection with yourself. 🖤

I am not here to give you all the answers or tell you what to do.
I am here to empower you to empower yourself.
This container is for you to explore your desires through the lens of your physical space. To contemplate, come to clarity, and experiment with ways to set up a more nourishing and supportive environment in order to help you make those desires a reality. ✨
I was able to gain a crisp look at things I was doing purely out of habit but mistaking them for things that “worked” even though they dragged me down. By shifting my perspective, I was able to be brave enough to make the changes that defy long held habits.
