✨ reclaiming joy by Vanessa Michele on Insight Timer. 7 minutes
“Finding ways to experience joy is so important as you move through this life. In this meditation, I guide you through a meditation using visualization and mantras to cultivate a feeling of joy you can hold on to.”

“Carve out ten minutes of your morning to set yourself up for success today. Welcome to The Deloitte Meditation Series - a range of quick and easy mindfulness practices created by Emily Toner in collaboration with Deloitte Australia, to help you live your life with more presence, wellbeing and ease. The series comprises nine guided mindfulness meditations ranging from 3 - 20 minutes in length, designed to be weaved effortlessly into a busy working day. Try it out with your teams, try it out for yourself, and please get in touch with any feedback or stories you have in using the series. We would love to hear them.”
✨ Manifesting a positive day by Liza Colpa on Insight Timer. 10 minutes
“In this practice you follow the gentle guidance of Liza as you are led to repeat positive affirmations, look at the day ahead of you without judgment, and visualize your best scenario day. This is a highly powerful practice that promotes a state of groundedness and contentment. I am mindful to not ignore that certain thinns are out of your control. In fact, a lot of things are, but there are also more things within your control then you realize. I have tried this manifestation meditation myself, and a lot of things I have visualized have happened, so I'm excited to share this.”
✨ Perfect morning Reiki meditation by Paul Geary on Insight Timer. 8 minutes
I am reiki attuned, but feeling that the practice was not mine culturally, have stepped away from it. I don’t typically do meditations with the word reiki in them. Idk, I just never tried. Today I felt called to this one.
And wow, did it surprise me!
The reiki Gokai, or 5 principles, have always felt quite meaningful to me. This has prompted me to start using them again as mantras in my daily life.
“A perfect way to start your day with a powerful Reiki Meditation. This meditation will leave you feeling rejuvinated and energised for the day ahead. Using Reiki energy to refuel your energy points and bring clarity and calm to your day. Includes positive reiki affirmations to take you through your day feeling empowered and powerful.”
✨ Practice to explore pleasure by Ashley Brodeur on Insight Timer. 9 minutes
“To tap into sensuality does not necessarily mean tapping into your sexual pleasure. To be sensual is to gratify your senses, what you see, hear, smell, taste and feel. In today’s meditation and mindful movement, we explore how to create pleasure in day to day moments. We explore our body, and use touch to begin creating a deeper relationship sensuality.”
