Exploring ADHD as an Adult Woman

I'm feeling tired this week. And also amped, revved, and ready to go. Holding both ends of the spectrum. I'm exploring treatment for an ADHD diagnosis, which isn't new... I was diagnosed over 10 years ago but largely attempted to ignore it for all these years. I was recently introduced to this book "Women with Attention Deficit Disorder" by Sari Solden and it blew my eyes wide open to a life-long of ADHD symptoms that have plagued me- that I had no idea could be explained by ADHD.

I've also been hearing about many other women realizing about their own ADHD and starting treatment recently. It's given me a lot of hope and I feel very well supported.

As I'm moving through my own journey, some friends helped me spark an idea to help others with this transitional period in their life as well. So I'm working on a fun new ADHD-centered offering to bring to you! It's still in the beginning phase, but I am PUMPED to put it together and share it! Keep your eyes peeled for updates along the way! This is gonna be fun!
