Managing my ADHD feels more intentional
Ever since using the ADHD dash, I have been more consistent in taking my medication and I think it's all because I now have a set space to check into. Managing my ADHD in this way feels more intentional because I can keep track of my progress all in one place, rather than it getting lost in my journals. What's also helpful is that I can easily pull this up to reference for a doctor's appointment. I feel so organized after using it!

I have the resources I need
It was hard enough to be diagnosed as an adult with ADHD, but managing medication and trying out new systems as well as simply trying to come to grips with a new way to manage my life was overwhelming in itself.
Brigitte’s ADHD Dashboard helps me realize I have the resources I need, and it provides me with reassurance that medication is helping. Having a place to track my medication and symptoms means that when I come to my next appointment I’m not just guessing about how I might have felt over the past three months; I have a contemporaneous record of it.
I love that it is delivered in Notion which I’m already using to manage my life and my work.
Reading her story inspired me to write mine. It’s also a great reminder of how far I’ve come. The resources she’s included as self-care reminders are so complete I didn’t even have to add my own; but I will as I discover new ones.

impressed by the depth of this dashboard
I'm so impressed by the depth of this dashboard! I don't have ADHD medication yet, but I have been trying to use the tracker as a way to check-in with myself and make sure that I'm incorporating some intention into my day. My favorite part of the whole thing has been the resources - they've been a wonderful collection of interesting things to explore!
