transitions & self-love

Happy Tuesday! I hope you're getting on ok. Is the time change affecting you at all? It seems to be really messing with my finely-tuned system this year.

In lieu of that and many other transitions happening right now, I'm going to leave you with a little journaling brain dump. Raw and unedited. And I feel it's exactly as it wants to be put out into the world.

When things are rough, hard

Instead of giving myself a hard time because I’m having a hard time

Can I treat myself with love and compassion

Can I support myself with love through this period

Can I love myself even though I’m having a rough time

Even though I’m struggling

Can I love myself more because I’m struggling

Because maybe when I’m struggling I need even more love and support

Am I able to offer that to myself

Gentle loving kindness to myself

To my body

To what I’m going through right now
