guided meditations

Transforming Fear by Sarah Blondin

This is one I return to again and again. It does have a little bit of a scary sound at the beginning. Which I find almost a little amusing because I typically listen to this meditation when I’m already experiencing and anxiety/fear sensation in my chest, and that sound gives me a little extra jolt lol. It only lasts for a second- the rest of it is great.

other resources

✨ I’ve been practicing self acupuncture before bed with my teishin. What does any of this mean, you may ask? (I had no clue before I started). I went through Lacey Dupre’s sacred self acupuncture sessions last year and it has had such a huge impact on all facets of my life.

I like to do my practice intuitively, whenever I feel called, and it’s usually when I crawl into bed. It feels super supportive and like a beautiful moment of connection to myself and ancient wisdom.

You can practice for free, using acupuncture points and your index fingers - you don’t need any special equipment or training! Jamie at Sonouros offers lovely “touch thursday” posts on instagram!

Nervous system reset for anxiety

A simple neck stretch that activates the vagus nerve (parasympathetic nervous system).

Happy end of the month! Let me know which practices and resources resonate with you this month! ✨
