How are you feeling today? I encourage you to take a moment and really lean into this question for yourself.
Feel your feet on the ground - connect with the earth beneath you.
Feel into your body.
Take a slow breath into your stomach, and breathe out even slower.
Blink your eyes.
Find yourself exactly where you are.
And wherever this is, however youβre feeling, give yourself a touch of grace and self-compassion.
You're here. You're breathing. You're doing it.
Maybe try to turn the self-doubt, hopelessness, or any other negative self-talk down a notch. (Just me? Iβve been beating myself up a lot in my head lately).
