why this dashboard?
hi, i’m Brigitte (she/her)
i've been there, too, and that's why i created this adhd self-care dash.
it would be a miracle if i could remember my symptoms, insights, things i wanted to share, and questions for my health care provider in between appointments. and saving that stuff in a million notes on my phone was getting completely out of hand 😳 Notion has changed the game for me!
i get disregulated fairly easily (hello BIG emotions) and i know that there are self care modalities that help me regulate, but i somehow always forget what they are unless i can see them on a list ✨
it’s also easy for me to feel discouraged when shit gets tough, so i need constant visual reminders of my intentions, strengths, progress, and milestones so i can feel motivated, inspired, and proud of myself 🎉

a mini version of my ADHD story
i was first diagnosed with adhd over 10 years ago when i was in college. for many reasons, i didn't accept the diagnosis and i continued my life not believing it was something that affected me. fast forward to now, i'm seeing so many adult women getting diagnoses and changing their lives positively. and with my amazing doctor, who actually brought it up before i ever thought to, i got an official re-diagnosis. this time around, i believe it. i'm ready and learning to accept it. sometimes we just have to come to it in our own time.
this marks the beginning of my conscious adhd journey. of learning and diving into treatment and finding what works for me. of celebrating my strengths instead of harboring on my weaknesses. of coming together in community to support one another through this. and of learning to love myself and my brain for all the magic we do create together.
it is my hope that you can catch glimpses of yourself in my journey, and take bits and pieces as resources and support along your own path.
may this adhd dash offer you support as you embark on this journey of creating a more conscious connection with yourself. 🖤
